COOK OFF-ROAD RACING – Cook Off-Road Racing was conceived 25 years ago with two brothers who had a dream to go play in the dirt, but in a way nobody could have realized would be so intense. The team grew from a simple, crudely built sand rail which we attempted numerous times to pre-run some of the bigger races with, to our current state of the art 2012 Polaris XP 4 900. We have raced almost all forms of desert racing; Class 2-1600, Trophy Trucks, Class 1 Unlimited, ATV’s, to our current UTV, and we have raced on nearly every track in the western states, even attempting a co-ride position in the Dick Cepek Trophy truck at the Baja 1000 in 1995. The team currently consists of family and friends who share the same love and commitment to the sport. I currently manage the team along with my wife, and my two sons Colton and Brendan who share in the driving duties along with our good friend Tammy Faulkner who is our resident codriver. The team crew Jeff Corriea brings a wealth of knowledge and commitment learned from his days at the oval track. The rest of the team comes from all facets of life but they all share the same passion for the dirt.
